Return and Refunds
We at Silayi make every garment with a lot of love and care. Our size charts are quite accurate and our brand is known for its fits. Minor color variations are possible because of different camera specifications.
FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS( w.e.f from 1/10/2023)

Return/Exchange request on full value items can be raised within 7 days of recieving the products.Please write to us at label.silayi@gmail.com for raising a return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.

The product should be unused & undamaged with tags intact.

We arrange for a door step return pick up within 5 working days of receiving the request (Please note in case reverse pick up is not available for a particular pin-code or area, customer will have to courier back the product to us)

Once the product is received, and inspected by our team. The refund will be done in form on store credit with validity of 1 year.

For on SALE products product needs to be self shipped to us and we can issue a credit note with a validity of 1 year.

Custom made & altered products, samples are not eligible for exchange or return

Accessories such as textile accessories , scarves etc. are not eligible for exchange or return
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We understand the hassle of ordering from a different country. And for this, we have eased out the return policy for orders delivered outside India.
- To initiate the return process kindly write to us at label.silayi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product
- Once the return request is made you can ship the product back to us anytime within a span of 3 months. This will help you avail the exchange/return benefit in case you are planning on visiting India within that time.
- Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- The product needs to be in unused condition with tags intact.
- Once the product is received, and inspected by our team, a refund in the form of store credit with a validity of 1 year will be provided in case of International orders.
